Terms of Service

By using our website, quote form, or related services, you agree to the following terms. These terms protect both your rights and ours — and help ensure transport is safe, clear, and fairly delivered.

1. Services Offered

Obsidian GT arranges vehicle transport using trusted subcontractors. We do not operate transport vehicles directly. Every quote and booking is made on behalf of vetted third-party providers.

2. Quotes & Booking

• Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
• Transport is not confirmed until a deposit is received and the job is accepted in writing.
• All bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the job is cancelled by us.
• Changes to booking details (vehicle, address, timing) must be approved at least 24 hours before pickup.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged in full.

4. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles must be safe to load, able to roll and steer, and clearly described in advance. We reserve the right to refuse collection if access, condition, or information is not as agreed.

5. Liability & Insurance

Every subcontractor we work with provides goods-in-transit insurance for covered jobs. Obsidian GT is not liable for damage, loss, or delay once a vehicle is in transit — but we will assist in any reasonable resolution.

6. Website & Quote Form

All data submitted via the website or quote form is stored securely and used solely for transport and support purposes. For more on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the site or services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
