By using our website, services, or requesting a quote from Obsidian GT, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, reach out via legal@obsidiangt.com.

1. Services

Obsidian GT arranges after-hours vehicle transport through trusted subcontractors. We are not a licensed transport operator. Every job is individually quoted, and subject to availability, feasibility, and confirmation.

2. Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• A 25% deposit confirms your booking. Full payment is due 24 hours before pickup.
• We reserve the right to decline or delay jobs that do not meet prep requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is ready (running, accessible, keys available).
• Provide accurate pickup/drop info, contact details, and gate instructions if needed.
• Notify us of cancellations or changes at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Liability

Obsidian GT arranges transport using vetted, insured drivers. We do not accept liability for third-party actions, vehicle faults, or conditions beyond our control. Any claims must be made in writing within 72 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by us.
• Full refunds require 48+ hours notice before the scheduled pickup time.
• No-shows, inaccessible vehicles, or poor prep may result in full charge.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
