We collect only the data required to provide transport quotes and services. This may include your name, contact information, vehicle details, addresses, and any specific instructions provided in a booking or enquiry.

Why We Collect It

We use this information to respond to your quote requests, coordinate transport logistics, and meet contractual or legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless it’s essential to complete your service (e.g., a vetted transport subcontractor).

How Long We Keep It

We retain quote and booking data for as long as necessary to complete the service and meet any legal or tax obligations — typically up to 6 years. Enquiries with no booking are deleted after 90 days.

Your Rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your data (where legally applicable)
• Withdraw consent to marketing or direct communication
• Raise a complaint with the UK ICO if you’re not satisfied with our response
