Supplier Code of Conduct

At Obsidian GT, we maintain high expectations for the suppliers and subcontractors we work with. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards required for continued collaboration.

Legal Compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws — including transport regulations, health and safety, and environmental legislation.

Vehicle Standards

All vehicles used must be road legal, maintained, and appropriately insured. Subcontractors must hold any required licences or certifications to operate legally and safely.

Behaviour & Conduct

We expect suppliers to act professionally, communicate clearly, and represent Obsidian GT with respect and care. This includes punctuality, secure loading, polite interactions, and clear coordination.

Ethical Standards

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, modern slavery, or exploitation in any form. All suppliers must ensure fair working practices within their organisations.

Breach & Consequences

Breaches of this Code may result in the termination of our working relationship and removal from our approved supplier list.
