Service Level Commitment
At Obsidian GT, we strive to maintain a high standard of service for every transport we coordinate. While we are not the vehicle operator, our responsibility is to ensure your job is handled with clarity, care, and professionalism.
1. Planning & Communication
- We confirm all jobs in writing before any vehicle is moved.
- You’ll have a named point of contact before, during, and after your transport.
- We provide ETAs, updates, and confirmations once delivery is complete.
2. Subcontracted Delivery
All transport work is carried out by insured, authorised subcontractors that we have personally vetted. Obsidian GT acts as a coordinator, not the operator. This allows us to provide broader coverage while maintaining control over who we trust with your vehicle.
3. Lead Times & Availability
- We require at least 72 hours’ notice for most bookings.
- Weekend and international jobs must be booked 14+ days in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Rush jobs may be declined if they can’t be delivered properly.
4. What We Don’t Promise
We don’t guarantee exact drop-off times due to traffic, weather, and access issues. We also don’t quote jobs unless we believe we can deliver them to the standard expected.
5. Respect & Boundaries
Obsidian GT reserves the right to decline work if we feel a job poses a risk to safety, legality, or staff wellbeing. We believe in mutual professionalism — and we expect the same from all clients.
