Payment Terms

These terms outline how payments are handled for all services arranged through Obsidian GT. Clear and timely payment allows us to confirm drivers, secure your slot, and ensure smooth delivery.

1. Quoting

• All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Quoted prices include coordination, insurance, and subcontractor fees unless noted.
• Quotes may change if collection/delivery details are modified.

2. Deposits

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
• Jobs are not confirmed or scheduled until the deposit is received.
• Deposit covers coordination and administrative time, even if the job is cancelled later.

3. Final Balance

• Final payment is due no later than 24 hours before collection.
• Late payments may result in cancellation or delay.
• Receipts and confirmations are issued upon full payment.

4. Methods

• We accept payment via bank transfer (UK accounts only) or card on request.
• Business accounts may request invoicing terms subject to approval.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Full payments made in advance may be refunded minus the deposit if cancelled at least 48 hours before collection.
• No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled job unless otherwise agreed.
