Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy sets out the terms for cancelling or rescheduling transport services booked through Obsidian GT. Because we plan tightly around subcontractor availability, every job impacts multiple moving parts.
1. Deposit Terms
- All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
- This deposit secures your transport slot and covers preparation and coordination time.
2. Cancellations Before Final Payment
- If you cancel after the deposit but before full payment, no further charges apply.
- Your slot will be released and no longer guaranteed.
3. Cancellations After Final Payment
- Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the collection time may be refunded minus the deposit.
- Cancellations within 24–48 hours are assessed case-by-case depending on subcontractor terms.
- No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup.
4. Rescheduling
- We may be able to reschedule your booking if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
- Reschedules are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee.
